1. How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply visit our website and browse through our collection of Posh Poos products. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, proceed to the checkout page and follow the instructions to complete your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. You can choose the most convenient option for you during the checkout process.

3. How long does shipping take? We post out Monday to Friday with next day delivery if ordered before 2pm. 
Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be posted out on Monday and should arrive for Tuesday. 

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Can I collect my order instead of having it shipped to me?

You certainly can if you are one of our puppy customers.

Please let us know when you check out, we will refund your shipping cost when collect your order.

5. What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more information on our policies and procedures.
